Sintomas comuns: febre, linfadenopatia, neurite, uve\u00edte, edema em MMII, entre outros. Dentre os achados laboratoriais, temos leucocitose com desvio \u00e0 esquerda, anemia normo-normo, aumento de VHS, PCR, fator reumatoide e FAN, podendo, nesses casos, ser confundido com colagenoses.
