Dessa forma, os sintomas mais comuns incluem:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hemat\u00faria:<\/strong> A presen\u00e7a de sangue na urina \u00e9 o sintoma mais comum, podendo ser macrosc\u00f3pica no in\u00edcio da doen\u00e7a. Pode ocorrer durante ap\u00f3s exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos ou em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de estresse. Pode ocorrer:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Intermitente\/recorrente &#8211; 50% dos casos;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Microsc\u00f3pica persistente &#8211; 40% dos casos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>S\u00edndrome nefr\u00f3tica ou glomerulonefrite rapidamente progressiva (10% dos casos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Protein\u00faria:<\/strong> Geralmente acompanhando a hemat\u00faria, a protein\u00faria \u00e9 leve na maioria dos casos. A protein\u00faria nefr\u00f3tica \u00e9 rara e ocorre em apenas 5% dos pacientes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les\u00e3o Renal Aguda:<\/strong> Ocorre em menos de 5% dos casos e pode apresentar sintomas como edema, hipertens\u00e3o e olig\u00faria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"142\" src=\"https:\/\/www.grupomedcof.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Blog-MedCof-52-e1710184338540-1024x182.jpg\" alt=\"Existe uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da hemat\u00faria na doen\u00e7a de Berger chamada de Sinfaringite, ou seja, a hemat\u00faria ocorre concomitantemente \u00e0 infec\u00e7\u00e3o (diferente da GNPE que ocorre 1 a 2 semanas ap\u00f3s a infec\u00e7\u00e3o).\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.grupomedcof.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Blog-MedCof-52-e1710184338540-1024x182.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.grupomedcof.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Blog-MedCof-52-e1710184338540-300x53.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.grupomedcof.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Blog-MedCof-52-e1710184338540-768x137.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.grupomedcof.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Blog-MedCof-52-e1710184338540-1536x274.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.grupomedcof.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Blog-MedCof-52-e1710184338540.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Doencas_associadas_a_Nefropatia_por_IgA\"><\/span><strong>Doen\u00e7as associadas \u00e0 Nefropatia por IgA<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Algumas condi\u00e7\u00f5es, como doen\u00e7a cel\u00edaca,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grupomedcof.com.br\/blog\/atualizacao-pcdt-hiv-2023-o-que-voce-precisa-saber-sobe-o-novo-protocolo-de-diagnostico-e-tratamento\/\">HIV<\/a>, dermatite herpetiforme e cirrose hep\u00e1tica, podem estar associadas \u00e0 nefropatia por IgA.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Purpura_de_Henoch-Schonlein\"><\/span><strong style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 2rem;\">P\u00farpura de Henoch-Schonlein<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A doen\u00e7a de Berger pode ser uma manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da P\u00farpura de Henoch-Schonlein, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como Vaculite por IgA, por isso essa doen\u00e7a deve ser suspeitada na presen\u00e7a de p\u00farpura (especialmente se palp\u00e1vel), aus\u00eancia de trombocitopenia, artralgia\/artrite e dor abdominal.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diagnostico_Nefropatia_por_IgA\"><\/span><strong style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 2rem;\">Diagn\u00f3stico\u00a0<\/strong><b style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 2rem;\">Nefropatia por IgA<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apesar da bi\u00f3psia ser padr\u00e3o-ouro, ela est\u00e1 selecionada para quadros espec\u00edficos, j\u00e1 que a maioria dos casos possuem uma forma branda da doen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crit\u00e9rios Diagn\u00f3sticos:<\/strong>\u00a0O diagn\u00f3stico geralmente envolve um quadro cl\u00ednico de hemat\u00faria glomerular, aumento de IgA s\u00e9rica e bi\u00f3psia de pele mostrando dep\u00f3sitos de IgA.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indica\u00e7\u00f5es para Bi\u00f3psia:<\/strong>\u00a0Protein\u00faria acima de 1g\/dia, altera\u00e7\u00e3o de fun\u00e7\u00e3o renal e\/ou hipertens\u00e3o persistentes.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tratamento_da_Nefropatia_por_IgA\"><\/span><strong style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 2rem;\">Tratamento da Nefropatia por IgA<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>O tratamento visa prevenir, sobretudo, a progress\u00e3o para doen\u00e7a renal cr\u00f4nica terminal.
