Portanto, os rec\u00e9m-nascido com gastrosquise apresentam um <strong>processo inflamat\u00f3rio no intestino<\/strong>, com edema e eritema difuso. Devido \u00e0 isso, esses beb\u00eas levam semanas at\u00e9 obter fun\u00e7\u00e3o gastrointestinal plena e capacidade de receber alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o via oral, podendo apresentar, tamb\u00e9m, motilidade intestinal anormal a longo prazo.<\/p><h3 id=\"h-diagnostico\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diagnostico\"><\/span>Diagn\u00f3stico<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>O diagn\u00f3stico destas condi\u00e7\u00f5es geralmente \u00e9 feito a partir de <strong>20 semanas gestacionais, atrav\u00e9s das USG do pr\u00e9-natal<\/strong>, antes mesmo do nascimento do beb\u00ea.
