class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um <strong>feocromocitoma <\/strong>\u00e9 um <strong>tumor raro que se desenvolve nas gl\u00e2ndulas adrenais ou em outros tecidos do sistema nervoso simp\u00e1tico.<\/strong> Essas gl\u00e2ndulas produzem horm\u00f4nios que ajudam a regular a press\u00e3o arterial, frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca e outras fun\u00e7\u00f5es corporais. Quando um feocromocitoma se desenvolve, ele pode produzir grandes quantidades desses horm\u00f4nios, causando uma s\u00e9rie de sintomas<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quadro_Clinico\"><\/span><strong>Quadro Cl\u00ednico&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A maioria dos pacientes apresentam crises parox\u00edsticas (com sintomas de sudorese, palpita\u00e7\u00e3o e cefaleia &#8211; a tr\u00edade cl\u00e1ssica &#8211; que melhoram em repouso e s\u00e3o causadas em esfor\u00e7os m\u00ednimos). Devido a isso, \u00e9 primordial fazer diagn\u00f3stico diferencial com a s\u00edndrome do p\u00e2nico!
