A medida faz parte de um programa de certifica\u00e7\u00e3o para planos de sa\u00fade, mas gerou questionamentos sobre seu impacto na <strong>detec\u00e7\u00e3o precoce do c\u00e2ncer de mama<\/strong>. A proposta da ANS <strong>n\u00e3o alteraria essa cobertura<\/strong>, mas estabeleceria diretrizes que poderiam influenciar a forma como o rastreamento \u00e9 <strong>conduzido pelas operadoras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Opinioes_medicas_divergentes\"><\/span><strong>Opini\u00f5es m\u00e9dicas divergentes<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Especialistas da <a href=\"https:\/\/sbmastologia.com.br\/para-a-populacao\/ans-quer-aumentar-a-idade-minima-para-a-realizacao-de-mamografia-nos-planos-de-saude\/\"><strong>Sociedade Brasileira de Mastologia (SBM)<\/strong><\/a> e da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.febrasgo.org.br\/pt\/noticias\/item\/2027-febrasgo-se-posiciona-contra-a-nova-proposta-da-ans-de-rastreamento-do-cancer-de-mama-nos-planos-de-saude\"><strong>Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira das Associa\u00e7\u00f5es de Ginecologia e Obstetr\u00edcia (Febrasgo)<\/strong><\/a> alertam que um n\u00famero significativo de casos de c\u00e2ncer de mama ocorre <strong>antes dos 50 anos<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a <strong>Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR)<\/strong> solicitou esclarecimentos \u00e0 ANS sobre os crit\u00e9rios cient\u00edficos usados para embasar a proposta, levantando d\u00favidas sobre poss\u00edveis impactos negativos na sa\u00fade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o feminina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para essas entidades, reduzir o incentivo ao rastreamento entre 40 e 49 anos pode <strong>atrasar diagn\u00f3sticos e impactar o tratamento da doen\u00e7a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"O_posicionamento_da_ANS\"><\/span><strong>O posicionamento da ANS<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante das cr\u00edticas, a ANS afirmou que a proposta <strong>ainda est\u00e1 em discuss\u00e3o<\/strong> e que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 mudan\u00e7as na cobertura assistencial garantida pelos planos.
