Sexualmente Transmiss\u00edvel (IST)<\/strong> de evolu\u00e7\u00e3o aguda e de <strong>cont\u00e1gio exclusivo por via sexual, <\/strong>causada pelo <em>Haemophilus ducreyi,<\/em> bacilo gram negativo. O per\u00edodo de incuba\u00e7\u00e3o pode variar de <strong>3 dias a 2 semanas<\/strong>. \u00c9 importante lembrar que essa infec\u00e7\u00e3o tem <strong>incid\u00eancia maior em homens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-clinica\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Clinica\"><\/span><strong>Cl\u00ednica<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A les\u00e3o do cancro mole \u00e9 uma <strong>les\u00e3o ulcerada rasa, de base mole, com bordas irregulares<\/strong>. O &#8220;bub\u00e3o&#8221; \u00e9 uma <strong>linfadenopatia dolorosa<\/strong>, comumente observada nas \u00e1reas inguinais ou femorais, e em alguns casos pode evoluir com <strong>flutua\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, o que leva \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>abscessos<\/strong>. Alguns podem evoluir com <strong>flutua\u00e7\u00e3o e fistuliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, resultando em drenagem de material purulento.
