comum e de baixa contagiosidade, causada pela bact\u00e9ria <em>Klebsiella granulomatis.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-como-podemos-identificar-a-donovanose\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Como_podemos_identificar_a_Donovanose\"><\/span><strong>Como podemos identificar a Donovanose?\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O per\u00edodo de incuba\u00e7\u00e3o desta doen\u00e7a varia de<strong> 1 a 6 meses.<\/strong> Ap\u00f3s esse per\u00edodo, surge uma <strong>les\u00e3o nodular<\/strong> subcut\u00e2nea, \u00fanica ou m\u00faltipla, que evolui formando uma <strong>ulcera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> bem definida, com fundo granulomatoso, de crescimento lento e fri\u00e1vel. Os corp\u00fasculos de Donovan s\u00e3o <strong>formas intracelulares<\/strong> da bact\u00e9ria <em>Klebsiella granulomatis<\/em>, caracter\u00edsticas do diagn\u00f3stico.
