Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa)<\/strong> aprovou um novo medicamento desenvolvido pela empresa Sanofi para o tratamento da <strong>hemofilia.<\/strong> A terapia pode ser utilizada na preven\u00e7\u00e3o ou redu\u00e7\u00e3o de epis\u00f3dios de sangramento associados \u00e0 doen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-que-e-a-hemofilia-e-por-que-o-tratamento-e-importante\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"O_que_e_a_hemofilia_e_por_que_o_tratamento_e_importante\"><\/span><strong>O que \u00e9 a hemofilia e por que o tratamento \u00e9 importante<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>hemofilia \u00e9 uma doen\u00e7a gen\u00e9tica rara<\/strong> que <strong>compromete a capacidade do sangue de coagular adequadamente<\/strong>. Isso acontece porque o organismo produz quantidades insuficientes de prote\u00ednas respons\u00e1veis pela coagula\u00e7\u00e3o, chamadas de fatores de coagula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existem dois tipos principais da condi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hemofilia A<\/strong>, causada pela defici\u00eancia do fator VIII, sendo a forma mais comum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hemofilia B<\/strong>, relacionada \u00e0 defici\u00eancia do fator IX.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sem esses fatores, o corpo tem <strong>dificuldade para formar co\u00e1gulos que interrompam sangramentos<\/strong>. Como resultado, pacientes podem apresentar <strong>hemorragias prolongadas ap\u00f3s les\u00f5es<\/strong> ou at\u00e9 mesmo <strong>sangramentos espont\u00e2neos,<\/strong> especialmente em <strong>articula\u00e7\u00f5es e m\u00fasculos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A doen\u00e7a \u00e9 <strong>heredit\u00e1ria e ligada ao cromossomo X<\/strong>, o que explica por que a maior parte dos casos ocorre em<strong> homens.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-novo-medicamento-aprovado\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Novo_medicamento_aprovado\"><\/span><strong>Novo medicamento aprovado<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O produto aprovado pela Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria \u00e9 o <strong>QFITLIA\u00ae (fitusirana s\u00f3dica)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele \u00e9 indicado para <strong>adultos e adolescentes a partir de 12 anos<\/strong> com hemofilia A ou B, independentemente de apresentarem ou n\u00e3o inibidores dos fatores de coagula\u00e7\u00e3o VIII ou IX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na pr\u00e1tica, o medicamento pode ser utilizado para <strong>prevenir ou reduzir epis\u00f3dios de sangramento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A an\u00e1lise do registro recebeu <strong>prioridade regulat\u00f3ria<\/strong>, uma vez que a hemofilia \u00e9 considerada uma <strong>doen\u00e7a rara.<\/strong> Essa avalia\u00e7\u00e3o acelerada segue regras espec\u00edficas previstas na regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Anvisa para terapias destinadas a essas doen\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grupomedcof.com.br\/cofletters\/?clientId=&amp;utm_campaign=newsletter&amp;utm_medium=banner&amp;utm_source=blog&amp;utm_content=inscricao#https:\/\/www.grupomedcof.com.br\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\" noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"320\" src=\"https:\/\/www.grupomedcof.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/Banner-MedCof-Plus-2200x460-11-1024x320.png\" alt=\"Banner de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o para recebimento da newsletter do Grupo MedCof, a Cofletter.
