protocolo nacional para o rastreamento do c\u00e2ncer colorretal no Sistema \u00fanico de Sa\u00fade (SUS). <\/strong>A medida foi anunciada pelo atual ministro da sa\u00fade, Alexandre Padilha, em Lyon, na Fran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O novo exame de refer\u00eancia \u00e9 o <strong>Teste Imunoqu\u00edmico Fecal (FIT, sigla em ingl\u00eas),<\/strong> que pode ser realizado em homens e mulheres assintom\u00e1ticos entre 50 e 75 anos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com a pasta da sa\u00fade, o<strong> teste apresenta sensibilidade entre 85% a 92% para identificar poss\u00edveis altera\u00e7\u00f5es colorretais. <\/strong>A estrat\u00e9gia \u00e9 ampliar o acesso ao procedimento para mais de 40 milh\u00f5es de brasileiros e melhorar a preven\u00e7\u00e3o e detec\u00e7\u00e3o precoce da doen\u00e7a.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atualmente, o<strong> c\u00e2ncer de intestino \u00e9 um dos tumores mais incidentes no Brasil,<\/strong> estima-se que seja o tipo mais comum e com forte tend\u00eancia de crescimento entre a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, segundo dados do <strong>Observat\u00f3rio da Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O<strong> Instituto Nacional do C\u00e2ncer (INCA)<\/strong> prev\u00ea 45 mil novos casos de c\u00e2ncer colorretal por ano no pa\u00eds, com uma taxa de<strong> 60% deles sendo diagn\u00f3sticos tardios. <\/strong>O instituto tamb\u00e9m projeta 53,8 mil novos quadros da doen\u00e7a para cada tri\u00eanio 2026-2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a
